Orders & payment
How do I place an order?
Pick your size, tap Add to bag and head to checkout. You will get an order confirmation by email straight away.
Which payment methods do you accept?
All major credit and debit cards, Shop Pay, Apple Pay and Google Pay, plus other options shown at checkout depending on your country.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Yes, if it has not shipped yet. Email contact@girlgeous.site within 12 hours of ordering with your order number and what you would like to change.
Do you have any discounts?
Sign up to our newsletter for 10% off your first order. You also get 10% off when you buy 2 items and 15% off 3 or more items, applied automatically at checkout.
Shipping
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes. We ship to the UK, Europe, the USA, Canada, Australia and many more countries. Shipping is free on orders of $100 or more.
How long will my order take?
Orders are processed in 1 to 3 business days. Delivery usually takes 3 to 7 business days in the UK, 5 to 10 in Europe, 7 to 14 in the USA and Canada, and 8 to 18 elsewhere. See our Shipping Policy for details.
How do I track my order?
You will get a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships. If it has not updated in 7 days, email us and we will check on it.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
Some countries charge import duties or taxes on international parcels. These are set by your local customs office and are paid by the customer on delivery.
Sizing
How do I find my size?
Every product page has a Size Guide with measurements in cm and inches. Measure yourself and compare with the chart. If you are between sizes, pick the larger size for a relaxed fit.
What shoe sizes do you use?
Our shoes use EU sizing. The size guide on each shoe shows the matching UK and US size and foot length. If you are between sizes, we recommend sizing up.
Returns
What is your return policy?
You can return unworn items with tags attached within 30 days of delivery. Email contact@girlgeous.site to start a return. Full details are in our Return & Refund Policy.
How long do refunds take?
Once your return arrives and is checked, we refund your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.
My item arrived damaged or wrong. What do I do?
We are so sorry! Email us within 7 days of delivery with a photo and your order number, and we will send a replacement or a full refund.
Care & quality
How should I wash my pieces?
We recommend a gentle cold hand wash and laying flat to dry. Keep bows, lace and appliques away from high heat. Check the care label for each item.
